The Director of Program Implementation & Success will be responsible for building capacity of field staff to implement our School and District Transformation Approach at a consistently high-level. 

IN THIS INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

Support Implementation of Approach:

  • Provide regular observations of field staff and provide constructive feedback on a regular basis.
  • Serve as the accountability agent for a selected area and/or number of schools, ensuring quality implementation of the Partners School and District Approach, Networks and Customer Services.
  • Analyze trend data across field staff observations and plan monthly learning opportunities designed to consistently improve both the quality and consistency of  Partners work.
  • Facilitate the strategic planning for high-quality program implementation of the approach.
  • Analyze school and district-level data to support goal setting, coaching and school strategy development.
  • Serve as an ambassador of Partners Core Values, ways of working and being and approach to the work to internal staff and external clients.

Delivering Effective Learning Systems:

  • Collaborate with the National Executive Director of Customized Services to design and deliver training areas to regional and district teams.
  • Lead the Program Implementation and Success Team and ensure that all field staff are supported and continuously improving.
  • Analyze and provide ongoing input and feedback to the national team on the learning and resource needs observed in the field.
  • Support High-Quality Customized Support Services to Clients:
  • Provide direct support to staff charged with developing trusting, results-oriented relationships with assigned clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs and designed to achieve maximum impact.
  • Consistently evaluate the effectiveness and impact of program implementation and intentionally create targeted and systematic opportunities for continuous improvement in collaboration with program support staff and assigned clients.

Supporting Program Development:

  • Identify, learn and codify successes and challenges in the implementation of new program strategies.
  • Create agile, “on-demand” tools and resources to meet needs that emerge in our partnerships when needed.
